NVQ Level 4 — Supervisors
Level 4 NVQ — Construction Site & Lifting Supervision
A Level 4 NVQ is a nationally recognised, workplace-based qualification designed for experienced construction and lifting supervisors responsible for managing site activities, supervising teams and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
What is a Level 4 NVQ?
Unlike classroom-based training, a Level 4 NVQ is assessed in a normal working environment, allowing supervisors to demonstrate occupational competence while continuing in their role. Assessment is based on day-to-day responsibilities and the ability to consistently meet recognised industry standards.
Throughout the qualification, a dedicated assessor will gather evidence through workplace observations, professional discussions, knowledge questioning and supporting documentation. This allows candidates to demonstrate both practical experience and the ability to effectively supervise construction or lifting operations.
RELO Training can guide candidates through the right qualification pathway and arrange everything needed from initial enquiry through to certification. No payment is taken at the point of enquiry.
